The key is the flexible design! There are no issues in confirming the coagulation and sedimentation, even in parts that require know-how, such as the shape of the rake.

We received an inquiry from a major engineering company stating that they have been requested by a metal product manufacturing factory to treat wastewater containing copper. Upon inquiring about the characteristics of the wastewater, we learned that there are two types: "concentrated wastewater" with a high concentration of copper and "normal wastewater" with a concentration of about 320 mg/L. Since the concentrated wastewater has a sufficient concentration for recovery, we proposed to discharge it to a line for industrial waste disposal and to focus on treating the normal wastewater. We were appreciated for our ability to quickly propose a design that meets the user's needs, leading to our adoption. [Case Study] - Copper and SS are collected after the addition of metal coagulants and polymers, then precipitated in a coagulation sedimentation tank, and discharged as sludge via a filter press. - The coagulation sedimentation tank was also designed by our company. - We confirmed that there were no issues with the shape of the rake and the rotation speed for effective coagulation and sedimentation. - Specifications: - Treatment capacity: 80t/day - Method: Chemical injection - Raw water: pH 2-3 (strong acid) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

We received an inquiry from an automobile manufacturer who wants to process battery waste liquid generated during disassembly and inspection. The battery waste liquid is highly acidic and contains lead, so we discussed in detail how to handle these materials in a limited indoor space. Upon further inquiry into the manufacturer's battery disassembly operations, it was revealed that they are also considering updating the workbench itself. We proposed solutions for the workbench and disassembly table to enable primary neutralization. Since we handled the removal and installation of the existing setup entirely, we completed the project without burdening the manufacturer or trading company, achieving neutralization without the use of toxic substances. It was a challenging job in terms of space and workflow, but the key factor in securing the order was the confidence that 'everything can be entrusted to H2.' I want to automate the neutralization process that I have been doing manually until now! Starting with civil engineering work.

We received a request from a food factory in the Kansai region regarding the high pH of wastewater generated during the cleaning of imported food ingredients, which was pointed out by the authorities. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to introduce an automatic pH neutralization treatment system. To draw wastewater from the grease trap to the neutralization system, it is necessary to cross the parking lot, and we proposed using buried piping. We undertook the entire process of excavating the route through civil engineering work, laying the piping, and then re-burying it.
